Do I need to be present for the cleaning?
No, you do not need to be present. We can arrange key pickup/drop-off or use a lockbox. We just need access to electricity and water.
Does the home need to be empty?
Yes, for a Move-In/Move-Out clean, we require the home to be completely empty of furniture and personal belongings. If furniture is present, we can only clean around it.
Do you guarantee your work for deposit returns?
Yes! We offer a satisfaction guarantee. If your landlord or property manager finds any cleaning-related issues during the inspection (within 24 hours), we will return to fix them at no extra charge.
How much notice do you need?
We recommend booking at least 1-2 weeks in advance, especially for end-of-month dates which fill up quickly. However, we do our best to accommodate last-minute requests.
Are wall washings included?
Spot cleaning of walls (removing small scuffs and marks) is included. Full wall washing (floor to ceiling) is an add-on service that can be requested for an additional fee.
